DT Swiss G 1800 Front Wheel Overview
The DT Swiss G 1800 Front Wheel is a 700c gravel wheel built for dependable everyday riding, bikepacking and mixed-surface routes. It is brand new and supplied in its original box. This listing is for the front wheel only.
The aluminium rim has a 24mm internal width and a 25mm height. Therefore, it gives modern gravel tyres a stable and supportive shape. At the same time, the hooked rim can also be used with suitable standard clincher tyres.
In addition, the wheel uses a DT Swiss 370 Straightpull front hub. The build also includes DT Aero Comp Wide spokes and DT Pro Lock Squorx nipples. As a result, it offers a practical balance of strength, comfort and long-term serviceability.
The wheel is ready for a standard 12x100mm front thru axle. It also uses a Center Lock disc brake interface. However, the brake rotor and thru axle are not included.

DT Swiss G 1800 Front Wheel Performance & Use
The DT Swiss G 1800 Front Wheel is designed for riders who regularly move between tarmac, gravel tracks and rougher roads.
Because the rim measures 24mm internally, it gives wider tyres a stable base. Therefore, compatible gravel tyres can maintain a supportive shape during cornering and braking.
In addition, the rim is Tubeless Ready. Riders can use a compatible tubeless tyre, valve and sealing system to reduce the risk of pinch flats. Lower pressures can also improve grip and comfort on uneven surfaces.
However, the hooked rim can still be used with standard clincher tyres and inner tubes. As a result, the wheel suits riders who prefer a traditional setup as well.
The Straightpull hub design supports direct spoke alignment. Meanwhile, the butted spokes help balance stiffness with controlled comfort. Therefore, the wheel works well for long-distance gravel riding and loaded bikepacking trips.
