Where are you based?
We are based in the North East, our office is in Durham and stock is held at a local fulfilment company so it can be processed and posted as quickly as possible.
Why are your products heavily discounted?
We buy in overstock and OEM bikes and parts in large volume, this means we can negotiate bigger discounts and pass the savings on to you.
What does OEM mean?
‘Original Equipment Manufacturer’
OEM stock is normally parts which have been manufactured for companies and is no longer required, as an example; Shimano produce 1000 brakes for a bicycle brand. At the end of the manufacturing year any stock left is sold off as excess stock. These are all brand new but come without original packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all countries. Most postage options are added at checkout, if your country is not on there please message us and we can manually add it. We ship throughout the EU, USA and further afield weekly.
Can I collect my order?
We do not offer a collection service, all our stock is boxed and warehoused ready to be sent out.
How can I pay?
We accept all credit & debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and Klarna (finance).
