We are an online only company but all our stock is kept in a third party fulfilment warehouse in Newcastle so we can process and send orders daily and as quick as possible.

For some products are a registered dealer such as Hope, SRAM, Rockshox, Commerncal, Stans and more. Most of our used stock comes from shops and other suppliers such as hire companies throughout the UK and EU, these are re-sale products and in most cases we are not a dealer for these brands as they are second hand goods and stock/brands change every week.

We do not offer collection or testing on any product, all our products are boxed and labelled in an 18,000sq/ft warehouse, everything is picked from the warehouse and then via an automated service it is labelled and passed to the chosen courier.

All brand new goods will come with manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise. Most of our used bikes come without a warranty as they are second hand and manufacturers in most cases only offer warranty for the original owner. On certain brands we can offer you an in house warranty if we have a close relationship with that brand, if we can offer a warranty on that particular used product it will be stated on the advert

You can reach us via our eBay shop, contact form or email address (on the contact page). We will reply within 24 hours in most cases. We do not have a phone number for enquiries, only email. This is because we have different departments such as sales, tech and then our warehouse staff who handle postage and packing, when contacting via email we can forward it to the correct department for an accurate reply.

No, all our orders are ran through the website and then sent automatically to our warehouse who process the order ASAP. We accept PayPal, all credit/debit cards, transfer and we also offer finance via V12 which allows you to spread the cost over 1-5 years (min order £250).

Yes you have 28 days to return a product, it must be unused and in the original packaging. See our returns page at the bottom of the site for info.

We used to send a large number of bikes and parts outside of the UK prior to Brexit however due to the increased costs and time we temporarily postponed it. On some products we can offer EU shipping as we also have an EU business address to send from however you would need to contact us before to confirm, usually it is only worth it on a higher value products like bikes rather than small parts.
