Returns and Exchanges

1. Pack all the items in the original packing. Ensure any faulty items being returned are as clean as possible before sending. 
2. Send an email to info@theonlinecycleshop.com advising what you are returning and whether it is a return, exchange or a faulty item. If it is an exchange, please advise in the email what item you would like it exchanging for. For faulty items, please provide as much detail as possible relating to the fault and include pictures. 

3. Return address: PA Online Cycle Shop, Unit 3A Benwick Road, Whittlesey, Peterborough, PE72HD. Please send on a tracked and/or signed for service so you can manage and follow your return.

4. We will then email you to confirm we have received the item and will process your refund (minus the delivery costs) or your exchange promptly. For faulty items we will continue to work with you to have the item repaired as soon as possible. 

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the seller or the sellers representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the items, customers must submit a copy of proof of purchase.

Rules on returning and exchanging items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify the seller of any discovered defects and ask the seller to rectify them within 30 calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the seller or the seller's representatives. The only exceptions are defects caused by improper handling of the items by the customer.
