Question - What is a marketplace?
Answer - The Online Cycle Shop converted to a marketplace in 2020, this allowed us to
incorporate our stock but also allow other shops from the UK & EU to advertise their stock on our
site, increasing sales and giving the customer more choice. All our dealers are 100% verified and
in most cases we have worked with them for a number of years so you can buy in confidence.
Question - Is everything in stock?
Answer - We try to stock as much as possible but some items are pre-order or ordered in from the
manufacture/distributor like most brands, this will be stated on the advert.
Question - How long is delivery?
Answer - If buying from our shop please allow approx 5 working days for delivery on most items,
anything longer will be mentioned in the advert. If you are buying from a vendor on our
marketplace they all have their own lead time but typically around 5-7 working days.
For all Hope orders, please see the item description for the current delivery times. All Hope items are not held in stock and are ordered in from Hope. Each individual product has it's own lead time, please also allow a few extra days for delivery.
Question - Do you have a shop to view stock and collect?
Answer - We do not have a physical shop to view stock, collection on some products is available
at our warehouse in Peterborough but the product will be packaged as its its being sent so this is
more of a click and collect system, the warehouse staff will simply hand over your order once you
have paid online. Our office is based in Durham, North East England.
Question - I have a question, how can I contact you?
Answer - You can speak to a member of the team via the live chat on the site, or via the contact
form. We are also on Social medium (FB & Instagram), if you would like to contact a vendor on the
marketplace you have the option via the product page to contact the shop direct with any queries.
Question - Do you offer international shipping?
Answer - Yes! International shipping is added at checkout, if your country is not listed please
email for a quote. All orders are sent on a tracked and signed for service.
Question - How can I pay?
Answer - We accept all credit & debit cards and finance is available at checkout.
